Please follow the steps outlined below to obtain the root/admin login credentials associated with the Product/Service.
1. Access the billing client area follow your service region MY: https://billing.exabytes.my/mypanel/clientarea.php SG: https://billing.exabytes.sg/mypanel/clientarea.php US: https://billing.exabytes.com/mypanel/clientarea.php 2. Navigate to "Services" and then select "My Services" 3. Choose the specific Product/Service you wish to review or click the icon (...) and select "View Details"
*The subsequent page will display the Product/Service Details. 4. Locate "Secure Credentials" in the left tab and click "Manage Passwords"5.Enter the password for your billing account to reveal and retrieve the associated logins for the product/service.
