5) I find this version update as a hassle, is there any better alternative to this?

It's always better to upgrade yourself to prepare for the change of the environment.

This phenomena also applies for the devices , equipment that we are using in our daily life.

As an example, lets say a user is using iPhone 7 with 3G network for several years and recently the mobile provider launched iPhone 12 with 5G network.

In order to enjoy the 5G speed and the rest of powerful features, the user will still require to upgrade the mobile.

Else , the user might be still leaving behind with the less features available in the old device.

However as the 3GB era becomes obsolete, the user will still require to adapt for the new upgrade/changes.

Therefore the similar theory applies to this TLS Depreciation. Soon or later , TLS 1.0 & 1.1 will be depreciated worldwide and without any doubt the users may still upgrade the email clients version to be able to used for TLS 1.2

NOTE:

As Adobe has deprecated support for TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1, all enterprise Admins and end users should enable TLS 1.2 on Windows 7 devices.
