- Log in our Billing system via below link.
MY - https://billing.exabytes.my/mypanel/clientarea.php
SG - https://billing.exabytes.sg/mypanel/clientarea.php
US/International - https://billing.exabytes.com/mypanel/clientarea.php - Locate Support PIN area at top left corner.
- Click Generate new PIN if you do not have a PIN yet.
- It will show your current PIN. Keep it safe!
- Provide the PIN to Support member that handle your chat for verification purpose.
