PAY WITH CREDIT CARD / ONLINE BANK TRANSFER / Touch 'n Go
1) You can access your Billing Account with Exabytes by logging in HERE
2) Click on the INVOICES tab as illustrated below:
3) Click on the specific unpaid invoice. Make sure to verify the invoice description to confirm it is the correct service you wish to subscribe to.
4A(i) If you select "Credit Card" as your payment method, click on “Pay Now.”
4A(ii) Input your Credit Card Information in the provided field and click on “Submit Payment.”
Notes: To opt-out of automatic payments, you must remove the stored credit card information from your Exabytes Billing Account.
4B(i) If you select "Online Bank Transfer" as your payment method, click on “Click Here to Pay Now.”
4B(ii) You will be taken to our secure online payment page where you can select the "Payment Options" button. Choose your preferred option and proceed with the payment.
4C(i) If you opt for "Touch 'n Go" as your payment method, click on “Proceed with Payment.”
Notes: Ensure you have downloaded and registered for the Touch 'n Go eWallet app to proceed with this payment option.
4C(ii) You will be redirected to our Touch 'n Go eWallet page where you can review the payment details. Click on the "Proceed" button to continue.
4C(iii) A QR Code will appear. You will need to open your Touch 'n Go eWallet app and press the "Scan" icon.
4C(iv) Scan the QR code and complete your payment accordingly.
5) Upon successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation (computer-generated receipt).
