(A) Login using Backup Code: The backup codes have been provided during the initial setup of 2FA. These codes are meant for situations where you cannot access your primary 2FA method. If you have backup codes saved, use them to log in and disable 2FA temporarily.






(B) Contact Exabytes Billing Team: If you don't have backup codes, reach out to the billing team by sending an email to billing@exabytes.my from your primary email address associated with your billing account if you've lost your Backup Code. This step is crucial to verify your identity as the authorized account manager. Once your identity is verified, the billing team will disable 2FA for your account. You may follow the setup 2FA process again and make sure to securely store backup codes for future use.
