Integrating Google Meet with your TimeSync Event will allow you to automatically generate a unique Google Meet link for each meeting scheduled for that particular Event. Note that for each Event, users can only have one video conference integration. This will be the platform where your meetings are conducted.

Before you start, make sure you are logged in to your Google account in your device/browser. You must have a Google account to use TimeSync with Google Meet.

Once your Google account is ready, connect your Google Meet account to TimeSync by following these easy steps.

Connecting Google Meet To TimeSync:

  1. Go to your TimeSync dashboard.

  2. Select the Event that you want to connect to Google Meet by clicking on it.

  3. Navigate to the 'Integrations' tab and scroll to find the Google Meet integration option under 'Communications'.

  4. Click on 'Google Meet' to open the integration pop-up.

  5. Toggle the button to enable the Google Meet integration. Once it has been connected, you can see a green checkmark on the Google Meet card.

Now that your Google Meet is linked, enable link generation automation:

  1. Go to the 'Edit Meeting' tab.

  2. Under 'Meeting Details', find the 'Location' drop-down.

  3. Select Google Meet.

  4. Click 'Update' at the bottom right and you're done!

Test Google Meet Link Generation:

To make sure that the auto-generation is working properly, book a test appointment.

  1. Click on the link icon to directly open your booking page.

  2. Book a sample meeting and check if a link has been automatically generated.

Your automation is a success if these things follow the scheduled Event:
