This guide aims to resolve the Agent experiencing Offline status on Acronis Cloud Backup on Linux Server.


There are several things that affect this, including :

  • Port on closed firewall
  • Installation-level misconfiguration
  • Need to restart the service on Agent

Therefore, if you are using a firewall either CSF or UFW, make sure to add the IPs below to your firewall whitelist.

Then restart the Agent server.


service acronis_mms start
service acronis_mms stop
/opt/acronis/aakore restart


Then refresh 1x to see the latest changes to your Agent server status.
