Enabling the quarantine is optional, but you must enable it for it to start rejecting messages 


and for you to view those messages:



1.    Enter SPAM Expert dashboard via client area. If user is not familiar with 


       this then may refer to the below guideline:

2.    Click on  "Filter Settings" under "Incoming - Protection Settings" category to proceed.





3.    Make sure that Quarantine enabled box is ticked. Click "Save" and Quaratine Email 


       is enabled successfully.
