1. Access the SPAM Expert dashboard through the client area. If the user is not acquainted with
it, please refer to the guidelines below:

2. Once logged in, click on the "Sender Blocklist " button located under the "Allowlist/Blocklist " section.
3. Enter the email address or hostname that you wish to blocklist in the Sender box.
4. Click on "Add" to allowlist the email address / hostname.
