Each of our Managed WordPress hosting includes complimentary DNS management for the domain you registered with Exabytes. Once your WordPress hosting is configured, the DNS zones will be set up automatically. We operate a cluster of our DNS name service, which means management will occur outside of your WordPress control panel.
Here are the steps to manage the DNS zones for your WordPress domain.
1. Log in to your client area portal
2. On the dashboard of your client area portal, select Domains > Manage DNS.
3. You will see a list of your WordPress subscriptions.
4. To modify the zone (update existing DNS records or create new ones), click the "pencil square box" located just beneath the "Add New Zone" button.
5. All your current records will be displayed. To change an existing zone record, simply make your adjustments and click the "Save" button.
6. To add a new record, click the "Add Record" button and complete the fields for the new record name, type, and value. Once finished, click the Add Record button. You will be taken back to the page as in Step 5. Click the Save Changes button once you have completed your modifications.
