Note: Please take into consideration that Office 365 has now been rebranded as Microsoft 365; nonetheless, the features remain the same.
These guidelines are designed for businesses using the Microsoft 365 Business Standard Plan.
1. Create Microsoft 365 accounts and connect your domain
In this phase, you will utilize the Setup wizard to generate accounts and associate your domain. The wizard enables you to personalize each user's ID and email for your organization, such as admin365@yourdomain.com.
Click here to access the Microsoft 365 admin center.
To start the wizard, select Go to setup and adhere to the instructions provided in this Microsoft 365 Admin Setup using the Setup Wizard.

2. Install Office
Once accounts for other team members are created, you and your colleagues can download the complete desktop version of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Each person is permitted to install Office on up to 5 PCs or Macs.
1. Go to portal.office.com/OLS/MySoftware.
2. Sign in using your Microsoft 365 user account.

For migration options, check out Migrate email and contacts to Office 365.
4. Link email accounts
You can also connect additional email accounts to Outlook, such as Gmail and Yahoo. This allows you to manage all your emails from one unified interface. You can connect up to 5 email accounts to Outlook.
1. Sign into Microsoft 365 with your work or school account at www.office.com/signin.
2. Click on Mail.
3. In the Outlook navigation bar, select Settings > Options.
4. In the left sidebar, choose Mail, then under Accounts, click on Connected accounts.
Not all features are available in every region. If you do not see the Connected accounts option, this feature may not be accessible for your account.
1. On the Connect your email account page, provide your full email address, like admin365@exabytes.com, along with the password for the email account you wish to link to Outlook.
2. Click OK.
IMPORTANT: If you receive a notification indicating that Outlook was unable to connect to the server for your other account, click Back and double-check that you entered the correct email address and password for your account. Typos are quite common!
