How to identify Smartermail Hostname
Window OS
Start -> run -> type CMD -> In the command prompt environment type "telnet mail.yourdomainname 25"
In this example, the smartermail hostname is smtp11.
Hence you may use https://hostname.mschosting.com to access the Smartermail.
Note: To ensure telnet is installed in your window OS, you may go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn Window features on or off -> check the Telnet Client check box -> Click OK.
Mac OS
Open Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal > In the command prompt environment type "telnet mail.yourdomainname 25"
In this example, the smartermail hostname is smtp11.
Hence you may use https://hostname.mschosting.com to access the Smartermail.
