Email Confirmation Set Name: (Put in name for your confirmation set)
Lists Which May Access this Confirmation Set: (Can choose multiple list)
You can apply either one or both:
Opt-In Confirmations: (Let recipient confirm their subscription)
Opt-Out Confirmations: (Let subscriber unsubscribe your mailing list)
Additional fields is available when you choose the selection, fill in the detail and click 'Add' to complete the process.
