1.    Go to MYNIC SELFCARE portal here. 

2.    Click on Forget "Password".

3.    Enter the Username and Email Address. Check in the Security Challenge. 

       Note: You may find the email address for your domain contact through the WHOIS Checker.

4.    Click on "Reset Password" button.

5.    Your Password will be send to you through the contact person email address. 

       Note: If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

6.    The link to reset the password will be given in the notification email. The link given is valid within 7 days and can be used once. 

7.    Click the link provided in the notification email to reset password. Enter the new password twice and click the Reset Password button. 

8.   A notification page to inform that the password has been reset successfully. You will receive an email notification for the creation of new password.
