How To Release False Positive Quarantine Email In SPAM Expert

This guideline prepared for user who subscribe SPAM Expert (Advanced Incoming SPAM Protection) service and wish to release false positive incoming mail from spam expert quarantine system.
Enter SPAM Expert dashboard via client area. If user not familiar may refer to guideline (How To Enter SPAM Expert Dashboard).
- Once enter, click on "Spam Quarantine" button under "Incoming" session.
- User may now lead to a page which list down all recent quarantine incoming mail.
- Find the false positive quaratine email and click on drop down selection of the email which available on left hand side of the email transaction.
- Select "Release" option and it shall deliver by system to intended recipient in a second.
