1.    Go to MYNIC SELFCARE portal here.

2.    Click on Forget "Username".

3.    Enter the Domain name and Email address, check in the Security Challenge. 

       Note: You may find the email address for your domain contact through the WHOIS Checker. 

4.    Next, click on "Retrieve Username" button.

5.    Your Username will be send to you through the domain contact person email address.  

       Note: If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

6.   In your email, you will receive an email which states your username and your role of the domain.

7.   If your registered email address is Invalid and want to change it, please email to customercare@mynic.my for assistance.
